Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, hyper-organized, and motivated operational expert to handle a wide array of business tasks alongside our Chief Revenue Officer. This is a rare chance to join a fast-paced, hyper growth start up, and work directly with our leadership to improve the state, efficiency, and success of the Sales organization.

As a Program Manager you will assist our CRO in critical day-to-day operational and executive work with the core goal of providing more leverage to the Sales team. This will require thinking holistically and strategically about key operational rhythms, business processes, procedures and supporting the business and enabling effective execution.

  • Work directly with our CRO and sales leadership to transition, track, and drive forward key GTM operational initiatives.
  • Prepare for and coordinate key weekly and monthly meetings including our Sales Leadership and other team-wide strategy discussions, partnering with Sales Ops as that team will be responsible for creating the data and presentation materials.
  • Keep Sales leadership accountable for commitments, while helping keep reports accountable for results.
  • Setting the agenda, running, and synthesizing internal meetings, business reviews, and weekly all hands.
  • Keep the CRO accessible and open to new ideas and proposals.
  • Help with implementation of key operational processes across the Sales organization, ensuring full alignment and accountability. Organize team to report on point every week, win reports, loss summaries, deal reviews, etc.
  • Collaborate to develop, track, and target team-wide success across our quarterly OKRs. Manage all planning sessions, check-ins (bus.), and review meetings alongside our CRO.
  • Act as “Second in Command” when the CRO steps out for other key duties.
  • Supports team communication and information sharing, working cross-functionally to identify pain points and develop solutions to continuously improve information sharing.
  • Manage CRO and VP calendaring needs, ensuring effective and detailed agenda with business-critical prioritization of all appointments, calls, travel, and events.
  • Track, manage and report on Sales budget, including Sales meetings, events, and Sales team travel.

Qualifications

  • You have 5+ years of demonstrated success in a Business Support, Chief of Staff, Operations, or similar role that requires strategic and tactical execution.
  • You are highly detail-oriented with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • You have excellent presentation skills, capable of running efficient and productive meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • You are a highly analytical, strategic, and creative thinker with strong business acumen.
  • You have a proven ability and desire to drive initiatives with minimal structure.
  • You are willing to get your hands dirty, lead by example, and motivate teams through both in-person and remote management.
  • Desire to work within a fast-paced Tech environment, enjoy constant change and challenge with new business demands and priorities.
  • Business focused, with an ability to understand, prioritize and balance day-to-day with long-term Sales goals and deliverables.
