Responsibilities:

  • Work in support team to solve various system and application configuration related issues

  • Gather and showcase deep knowledge of Condeco’ s products and its various integrations and configurations.

  • Converse with Global customers to identify and solve the issues in application usage

  • Analyse and monitor complex problems across cloud infrastructure and software using a range of tools and techniques.

  • Work closely with other departments like engineering, DevOps, Customer Success to diagnose, troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customers

  • Create, maintain and enhance KB articles for internal/customer reference

  • Support other engineers on the team with guidance, experience, oversight, advice, and reviews.

  • Work with support tools and processes religiously so that information is always up to date in the incidents.

  • Understand the release notes for any new updates to the application

  • Hands on in configuring any hardware/software component in the product supported


About You:

  • Excellent customer service and Exceptional communication skills.

  • Flexibility on Rotational Shifts + Weekend on Call

  • Excellent in providing support on Web Applications based on Microsoft Web technologies

  • Hands on Troubleshooting

  • Deep functional and system Configuration knowledge for the product supported

  • Worked on data centre Hosted/ Cloud based environments

  • Web API troubleshooting experience

  • SQL DML statements

  • Should be aware of ITIL best practices 

  • Exceptional Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills


Essential Skills

  • Experience of working in application support on .net framework

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Hands on Experience on Azure App Insights and Log Analytics


Nice to Have

  • Experience on troubleshooting third party network issues.
