Job Description

As a Product Director, your role is to build next-generation products that thousands of companies around the world will use to improve the digital experience of millions of employees. Your mission will be to:

  • Set Nexthink integration strategy to create products that will generate the best value for our customers.
  • Identify, analyze, quantify and prioritize product features and innovations in your integration product portfolio.
  • Develop product roadmaps and build alignment across Product Development, Product Marketing, Sales and Technical service.
  • Rapidly iterate and evolve your product portfolio to meet a host of needs: growth in business, platform scalability, creating currently needed solutions, and simultaneously looking ahead for future customer needs and capabilities
  • With the help of technical alliance managers identify and prioritize solutions to integrate Nexthink with.
  • Be the subject matter specialist and evangelist for integration internally and externally

Qualifications

  • 8 years of Product Management experience in the software industry
  • Specific experience integrating a B2B product with 3rd party solutions
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, while building extensible and scalable solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-changing environment.
  • Extremely passionate about solving challenging real-life problems.
  • Professional-level English, spoken and written.
  • Previous experience developing a B2B product used by IT departments is a plus.
  • Previous experience working products related to IT support / IT communication
