Junior Product Manager

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager who has a passion for learning about the requirements our customers want from our products, and an ability to quickly understand their experience of software deliveries.

As a Junior Product Manager, you will report to our Head of Standardized Product Delivery. You will work primarily with other members of the Standardized Product team, the wider Product team, and individual delivery teams to observe and understand the interactions between Featurespace and our customers, and help to enable both parties to better understand the functionalities of the product, and best practices around its delivery.

• Work closely with delivery teams to understand customers’ product requirements, and analyse the experience both parties have of the software delivery
• Work with Product Managers to prioritize feature implementations and improve overall user experience
• Contribute to the creation of formal internal and external-facing documentation to articulate our product and its delivery
• Perform quality assurance controls on products
• Conduct research to identify product needs and gaps
• Monitor and report on users’ reactions after delivery
