Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to strengthen our Headquarter Operations in Lausanne.

As part of the Quote to Cash workstream, this role will work closely with Sales and Marketing functions, Finance and Customer Success organization.

It is a unique opportunity to join a booming Software Business environment in a role that will directly impact business agility and success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Control of all closed won business (SFDC).
  • Pro-active and Responsive Customer relationship (invoice communication and misc. questions/answer).
  • Billing and Invoicing of all License, Subscription and Service contracts (NetSuite).
  • License delivery.
  • Maintenance contract renewals process management and invoicing.
  • Responsible for Account executives support on Sales Processes and Systems (including trouble shooting, bug escalation etc…)
  • Consulted over standard Terms and Conditions, and exception handling.
  • Responsible for adequate Sales information communication.
  • Support to Cash collection team.
  • Support to Data Audit (Customer Data Management)
  • Support / lead ad hoc projects (new process definition, system enhancement and testing etc…)

Qualifications

  • Very good communication skills.
  • Strong Business Acumen.
  • Sense of ownership, Result driven.
  • Passion for Business support, and extra mile mindset will be key differentiator in candidate selection.
  • Process and System oriented with great attention to details and controls.
  • Ability to multi-task in high pace work environment while respecting tight deadlines.
  • Team player - Interpersonal communication skills.
  • Understand Data Management criticality.
  • Bachelor’s Degree minimum. 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience.
  • Software Business experiences a significant plus.
  • SFDC / NetSuite experiences a significant plus.
  • Fluent English and French mandatory·
  • Strong command on Microsoft Office a must.
