You drive the cross-functional collaboration and act as a global Sales Analyst for our digital business unit
You design and develop strategies to maximize digital sales performance, address deficiencies, influence growth, and ensure the achievement of company goals
You develop weekly/monthly reporting tools used to evaluate digital bookings, monthly recurring revenue (MRR) sales/FCST/volume trends, churn, existing and potential customers, and other key indicators in support of digital business initiatives (KPIs, Scorecards)
You perform data analysis/insights and work with key stakeholders to identify data issues and root causes, and you recommend solutions based on analysis
You analyze data to identify key issues, trends, and observations for the attention of management by delivering analytical insights, deep-dive analysis, and recommendations for improvements
You carry out ad hoc analyses and you are therefore responsible for the determination of new customer potential and target groups
Dein Fitness Level
You bring at least 3+ years of experience in Digital Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, Budgeting or Planning in a fast-paced SaaS environment
You have very strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
You have and good intuition for people and the ability to influence successful stakeholders
You have excellent written and verbal communications and presentations skills
You are fluent in English. Fluency in German is a plus
You have a strong user knowledge of excel, powerpoint and ideally salesforce.com and tableau
