Senior Manager, Supply Chain Strategy and Systems

About the role and about You:

Established in 2014 as a tech business, we are now expanding and are in the process of developing ground breaking Zwift hardware. This is a big and exciting change for us, and because of this, we are looking to build a global Supply Chain team.

We will be scaling the business and our supply chain quickly, so this role is designed to enable us to make our newly developed supply chain effective, across planning, sourcing, production and logistics. You will be responsible for supply chain technology and data across the business, and your role will be critical in helping us to build a world class supply chain, enabling us to deliver on our ambitions.

What you’ll do: 

• Support the design and build of a 5 year Supply Chain strategy from the ground up
• Be a key lead in our ERP implementation, and lead on the future development of supply chain technology tools at Zwift
• Select and manage third party technology providers, making sure we have partners that enable us to meet our goals
• Develop supply chain reporting, ensuring data is extracted and presented to the right people in the right format, to enable us to make decisions
• Translating supply chain data into a format which is understandable and useable to key stakeholders across the business
• Enable teams to derive actionable insights from their own operational data
• Look for opportunities to continuously develop our supply chain, analyzing supply chain performance and working cross-functionally to implement change
• Use your data and supply chain expertise to help us to overcome supply chain challenges that we will face as we scale
• Set up processes so that our supply chain systems can interact with third party providers, such as 3PLs and manufacturing partners
• Analyzing the performance of third-party suppliers, and ensuring the supply chain team have the information they need to make decisions
• Manage a team of supply chain analysts -you’ll be responsible for team strategy and recruitment, and developing your team to help us to meet our objectives
• Collaborate closely with internal technology and global program teams, operating as the supply chain SME and creating a link between those departments and yours to deliver business objectives

What you'll have: 

• A degree in a relevant technical subject
• 5+ years’ experience in a supply chain technology role
• Deep understanding of supply chain systems and analytics tools, with experience of implementing ERP software and developing supply chain reporting
• Able to work with and influence stakeholders across the supply chain, technology and global programs teams and the wider business
• Able to work with and influence stakeholders across the supply chain and wider business
• Able to work with, influence and create solutions with third party providers including technology, logistics and manufacturing
• An experienced manager who is passionate about recruiting, leading and building high performing teams
• A proven problem solver and project manager, with a track record of implementing change within a supply chain environment
• You will have experience in a scaling business, and have examples of implementing successful change in that environment
• You’ll be hands on, practically minded and analytical with a high attention to detail and a passion and interest in data
• Advanced excel skills

Bonus points: 

• Experience in an ecommerce business or within consumer electronics
• Experience with Netsuite
