As a Product Marketing Manager, you will help the company drive its next stage of growth in Germany and the rest of DACH region by crafting compelling product positioning for our new products. You will be the owner of our product launches and will make sure our products succeed in this market.
Reporting to the head of Product Marketing in Paris and Head of Marketing DACH, you will be a part of an international team based in Cologne in close connection with the product team in Paris to launch high visibility projects. Your missions will include:
PRODUCT MARKETING
Our new products are the focus of this role. You are expected to understand our ecosystem in Germany : universities, students as well as enterprises. You will take part in client focus groups, university interviews or build student surveys when necessary to understand the strengths of our product. And finally you will build a strategy to succeed in product launches. For this, you will work with multiple internal stakeholders including University, Sales, Marketing and Product teams. You will report into Head of Product Marketing Europe based in Paris.
POSITIONING & MESSAGING
Additionally you will be in charge of positioning our products with the right message to the identified target groups. Together with the local Marketing team you will in the end build support material in local language for sales (enablement material) and marketing (messaging framework B2B & B2C, launch emails, landing pages).
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
You are one of the key team members to be responsible for the successful launches of products in Germany. For this, you will project manage the launch with various departments including Product, various Marketing teams, University and Sales teams. Additionally you will be in charge of producing sales enablement and marketing material in local language.

- 2+ years of professional experience in consultancy or product management
- Analytical skill
- Communication skills - German native (based in Paris) or French with excellent German language skills
- Project management skills
- Agility and adaptability
- Research skills is a plus
