People Intern

• People Performance & Growth
• People DEIBS (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Social Impact) 

 What you’ll do:

• You will help drive key People Team initiatives across the company
• Collaborate across our People team to align program objectives and improve processes.
• Develop data, insights, dashboards, and data visualizations that help optimize program and organizational performance.
• Drive engagement through internal communication and marketing

 What we’re looking for:

• You’ll have strong verbal and written communication skills
• You’ll have an ability to think strategically and operationally 
• You’ll have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• You’ll challenge conventional thinking through research and analysis.
• You’ll collaborate and build strong relationships across teams.

 Bonus points: 

• Experience in video gaming or health & fitness industries
• Passion for cycling, running and/or fitness
• Experienced Zwifter
