Featurespace are looking for an bright, energetic, and highly motivated individual to join our successful and vibrant Commercial team based in our London office as a Sales Development Representative.

As an SDR at Featurespace, you’ll be helping us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by generating and qualifying leads in target accounts for the Sales team. Lead generating activities will include email campaigns, cold calling, and events.

 

Day to Day

  • Execute on cold calling and email campaigns to develop leads
  • Build a lead pipeline for Sales Executives
  • Qualify all inbound leads and outbound leads
  • Participate in social media campaigns
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities
  • Shadow and take part in meetings with sales representatives
  • Attend industry events with the purpose of prospecting for new leads and ensure that leads are properly recorded and qualified in Salesforce
  • Accurately reflect in Salesforce.com the status of accounts, opportunities, leads and meetings
  • Ensure the accuracy of your customer’s contact data in Salesforce.com
  • Understand and articulate Featurespace’s solutions and value proposition to customers
  • Develop knowledge of the Featurespace product offering and market
  • Complete all mandatory Featurespace training courses designated for your role
  • As part of your development assist Sales Executives with creation of proposals, presentations and close plans
