We are looking for an energetic strategy manager to support our Chief Retail Officer and the broader Retail Team in expanding our direct-to-consumer category in the smart, kind, entrepreneurial manner that we’ve built the rest of the business.  The primary purpose of this position is to lead the launches of several business-critical categories across our expanding category range. You will develop, support and lead these projects to achieve specific launch deadlines in each category.  This role is based in either the UK or the USA with felxibility for remote working, our hub bases are in London and New York. 

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the project timeline for our planned D2C launches and deliver on all deadlines effectively and efficiently
  • Inspire and motivate a big cross-functional team, coordinating across a number of departments to achieve our D2C launches 
  • Set data-based performance targets for each launch and dig into the data to understand what’s working, and what isn’t - and how to fix any shortfalls
  • Together with our Buying team, work with international external partners to establish the best sourcing relationships to support our D2C growth
  • Identify any internal resource gaps and provide recommendations to finetune our systems to support the growth of a D2C business
