You drive the development of customer-facing features, from idea, implementation to deployment on production
You develop high-quality, scalable software in Java and Golang and support in the building of frontend features
You are responsible together with the team for designing scalable applications and for living our DevOps culture
You help evolve our technology stack: React, Java Spring Boot, Golang, Event-Driven Architecture (Google PubSub), Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, REST, gRPC, GCP, etc.)
You learn and evaluate new technologies and skills and share this knowledge with other EGYM engineers
Your fitness level
You bring practical experience in software development
You are a passionate backend engineer who loves to write clean and effective code in Java or Golang
You are interested in the latest trends of software engineering and like to share your findings with the team
You know your tooling: build systems, test automation and continuous delivery
You like working in an agile, cross-functional team and are eager to contribute your ideas to improve the business of corporate fitness
Your training goal for your first 6 months
You take ownership of the work you do, you understand its architecture and you use your skills to help find and develop the best product solution for our users
You help the team to improve software engineering standards delivering a resilient and scalable platform
You are an integrated member of the qualitrain team, familiar with the EGYM ecosystem and you are collaborating with other teams in the software engineering department
