Featurespace are looking for an experienced Commercial Trainer to join our growing Commercial team, to be based in either our Cambridge or London offices.

As a Commercial Trainer at Featurespace you will help us protect customers around the world from financial fraud and risk by ensuring internal staff have high quality training, and will deliver success ultimately to customers by championing the onboarding induction, commercial training, and sales enablement training for the Commercial function of the business. This will involve coordinating and creating content, updating the Learning Management Platform (LMS), checking understanding through quizzes and accreditations, and ensuring one source of truth for knowledge around our product, processes, and domain.

 

Day to Day

  • Own all aspects of induction, training, and development for all teams within the Commercial business unit (there may be other internal teams that might benefit as well)
  • Responsible for scheduling and organising induction training for all new starters, adhoc training and ongoing enablement within Commercial for Sales, Presales, SME, Bid, and Sales Support and any supporting departments e.g. Marketing, Product, etc.
  • Follow up and check understanding with individuals post session and through accreditations
  • As the Commercial trainer, you will curate and create the content (videos, collateral, and training courses) by working with various teams around the business including Product, Presales, Data Science, and Marketing
  • Have an understanding of the product and processes in order to validate the content, ensuring the messaging is clear and consistent from different sources
  • Maintain the Learning Management Platform (LMS); updating the course content, learning plans, and catalogues, quizzes, as well as enrolling people onto the correct courses
  • Feed into the strategy around training needs and requirements and any gaps
  • Running accreditations for all commercial members on sales deck and demo and tech deck for technical consultants
  • Ensure all training material is kept up to date, and the training delivered and content is of the highest quality
