You will join our Marketing & Communications Team and be responsible for leading 3 colleagues in our Acquisition Team. You have to define and execute strategies to increase new customers and deliver business growth while spending budgets efficiently across multiple channels. Therefore you work closely together with the CRM and Brand Teams as well as Data, Product, Controlling and Finance. You will report directly to our CMO to drive all the initiatives cross-departmental. Read further to learn more about your tasks and the type of person we are looking for.

How you help us

  • You manage high monthly budgets towards most efficiently acquiring new customers across different performance marketing channels (TV, Facebook, Inserts, App networks, Native Display, SEM etc) and reach business targets efficiently.
  • You plan and forecast short and long term business metrics, such as channel spend, CPOs, ROAS, orders.
  • You are responsible to lead 3 Full Time Managers (2 Online, 1 Offline), 1 Data engineer and one working student. You are also responsible to further develop their expertise and skills in their areas of responsibility.
  • You analyze and supervise the delivery of new strategies, from concept to asset delivery to implementation and measurement.
  • You maintain good relationships and communication with stakeholders from a wide range of departments, from Product to Styling and Customer Support, aligning on shared projects and ideas, as well as giving and collecting feedback.
  • Share best practices, results, observations with relevant stakeholders to further drive business growth and success.
  • You drive continuous testing of creatives and messaging across different channels and locales, and share the knowledge across teams and departments.

Who you are

  • You have 5 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing, ideally a mix of App and Web acquisition; in B2C environments.
  • You add previous experience in Mar-Tech projects such performance marketing automatization, API integrations with Facebook and Google.
  • Online and offline marketing knowledge is a plus.
  • You have a good understanding of landing page testing, ASO, A/B testing roadmaps.
  • You are experienced in leading a team, give them guidance and inspiration with your enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • You have a data-driven mindset with strong Excel skills and know how to pull together and analyze data towards different KPIs to be able to take calculated decisions; basic SQL and Python knowledge is a plus.
  • You have a good understanding of attribution models.
  • You are experienced in communicating with stakeholders across a wide range of departments.
  • Plus if you have previously worked in Smartly, Adjust or Tableau.
