Job Description
As a University Success Manager - Team Manager, you will train, coach and mentor a team of 4 University Success Managers, being responsible for the team's international portfolio and its satisfaction. You will be managed by the VP University.
Your daily tasks will be:
Success: Maintain high satisfaction among universities
Make sure our partner universities keep a high level of satisfaction
Keep a very low churn rate (<5%)
Maximize the usage of our software within the universities
Scale: Improve the scalability of our teams on
Users trainings & onboarding
Communication
Whatever task we could automate
Management: Maintain an highly efficient & motivated team of Success managers
Animate the team life (Kick off, team meetings)
Coach & follow your team members activity during weekly meetings :
- Be sure of the team’s knowledge on key topics (Career Guidance/Product/GDPR compliance…)
- Help them on the approach of new operational & strategic topics

Qualifications
We are looking for a profile graduated from at least a Bachelor and looking for an experience in managing a customer success team and with :
You have at least 3 years of successful experience as Customer Success Manager or Lead
You have a first successful experience in people management
You have an experience in scaling processes (ex: setting up new tools to save time)
You are empathic and care about your team and customers
You are proactive and a real problem solver (we love creative solutions)
You are curious, eager to learn and have a great adaptability to change
You have great Interpersonal and communication Skills
