- Leading the HR & Office team operationally
- Partnering with hiring managers and manage, drive and own full cycle recruiting across the board
- Driving our employer branding strategy to attract new talent with diverse backgrounds and fostering an inclusive workplace culture
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing individual- and team needs by providing a positive and professional experience for candidates and employees
- Managing projects on topics such as compensation & benefits, talent management & career journeys, feedback, candidate & employee experience
- Preparing documents for monthly payroll
