Responsibilities:

  • Establish deep relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to key enterprise customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors by deeply understanding their business and aligning their needs with our services.
  • Get a deep understanding of the client’s adoption challenges and design and implement account success plans that maximize the value delivered to our clients and sets the stage for account expansion
  • Identify, and cultivate expansion / upsell opportunities and closely work with Condeco Account Executives to help secure additional business and maximize Condeco footprint within your respective accounts
  • Meeting and exceeding SaaS renewal and upsell targets 
  • Work with the designates Condeco Technical Account Manager to design product implementations that align with customer needs and improve client time to value
  • Leverage data and analytics to improve solution utilization and drive value and satisfaction with your assigned accounts.
  • Own, prepare, and deliver Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) for each assigned customer 
  • Track and report on customer activity and key milestones to identify and forecast churn risk and work proactively to address/eliminate risk
  • Serve as an intermediary between our customers and internal teams to resolve product issues and to advocate for enhancements that improve our product and customer results.
  • Travel to client premises as needed to review performance and recommend additional product offerings.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of various Condeco competitors and be able to position Condeco value through knowledge of the Condeco system and products, including configuration, infrastructure, best practices and functionality.
  • Act as customer advocate internally while effectively collaborating with internal teams including sales, finance, product management, customer support and engineering to drive customer success.
  • Provide feedback internally on process improvements to develop a better customer experience
  • Able to articulate the company strategy and vision to Customers.
     

About You:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a SaaS company in an Account Management or enterprise Customer Success Manager role or part of a client/people facing function with revenue achievement targets.
  • Personable presence with a track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Confident and proven negotiator with a high level of commercial skills
  • Understand how-to build credibility and trust with customers and forge great relationships
  • Experience selling to Enterprise customers
  • Results focused, flexible, proactive with high attention to detail and a strategic mindset
  • Evidence drive, empathy and organization 
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Passionate in working closely with customers and delivering success
  • Ability and willingness to work and travel.
