Responsibilities:

  • SME work in support team to solve various system and application configuration related issues
  • Gather and showcase deep knowledge of Condeco’ s products and its various integrations and configurations.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and can present complex ideas well while conversing with Global customers to identify and solve the issues in application usage
  • Analyse and monitor complex problems across cloud infrastructure and software using a range of tools and techniques.
  • Builds strong informal and formal networks across multiple functions and Works closely with other departments to support customers
  • Create, maintain and enhance KB articles and case studies for internal/customer reference
  • Support other engineers on the team with guidance, experience, oversight, advice, and reviews.
  • Work with support tools and processes religiously so that information is always up to date in the incidents.
  • Anticipates patterns and links and looks beyond the immediate problem towards the wider implications
  • Generates new and innovative solutions guided by longer term goals.
  • Hands on in configuring any hardware/software component in the product supported


About You:

  • Excellent customer service and Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience of 7+ years in application support.
  • Flexibility on Rotational Shifts + Weekend on Call
  • Excellent in providing support on Web Applications based on Microsoft Web technologies
  • Deep functional and system Configuration knowledge for the product supported
  • Worked on data centre Hosted/ Cloud based environments
  • Web API troubleshooting experience
  • SQL DML statements
  • Should be aware of ITIL best practices 
  • Exceptional Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills
  • Nice to have: Experience on troubleshooting third party network issues 


Essential Skills:

  • Experience of working in application support on .net framework
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Hands on Experience on Azure App Insights and Log Analytics
