The ideal candidate would have a strong range of skills within project delivery in the technology industry and must be comfortable in a customer-facing position with experience running projects and programs consisting of multiple parallel projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects, programs, or governance that has exposed them to very senior stakeholders in high visibility customer-facing projects. As a senior team member, the candidate will also play a mentoring role helping other team members to offer guidance, support, and training in conjunction with the team manager. For large-scale multi-region projects, the senior project manager will be overseeing multiple subprojects.


Responsibilities:

  • Mentor the team responsible for customer projects and onboarding including feeding into best practices and governance in conjunction with the Manager of Customer Onboarding.
  • Take ownership of escalated issues during onboarding of subprojects and mitigate issues to large project deliveries. 
  • Work closely with the manager of customer onboarding to provide mentoring and training to the onboarding team. 
  • Provide specific reporting on large multi project programs and provide key input in presale scoping of customer deliveries. 
  • Create materials and standards for top-tier projects that can be used by other project managers to improve the customer experience. 

Essential Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in a client/people facing function.
  • Program management experience 
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Results-focused, flexible, proactive, and detail orientated
  • Passionate in working closely with customers and delivering solutions & projects
  • Experience running multiple customer-facing projects 
  • Ideally, experience running a program with multiple project managers
