Responsibilities:

  • Manage software development project activities for multiple projects across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on:
    • defining clear project plans based on the vision and priorities
    • collaboratively manage internal /external project resources 
    • projects budget estimation, cost tracking, and high-level executive reporting
    • understand the big picture, project requirements, priorities, and high-level technical implementation details
    • convert high-level technical requirements into projects, milestones, sprints, and deliverables
    • manage multiple projects using Jira tracking deliverables, cross-system dependencies, issues, and set & manager proper expectations
  • Act as subject matter expert regarding our solution deployment and configuration and help navigate through deployment challenges
  • Create quality documentation to define the project and support its transition through to operations.
  • Provide input into strategic planning and departmental processes.
  • Excellent (proven) stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective manage risk across multiple projects, ensuring risk is owned appropriately, and mitigation plans are implemented.


About You:

  • BSc Degree (Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer related field preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, technical project management, software on-boarding management, technical / solution consulting
  • Proven experience managing 15 or more projects at once,
  • Strong stakeholder management skill with the ability to push back.
  • Proven experience with software SDLC and software solution delivery
  • Must have customer facing experience.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites.
  • Strong IT Knowledge (Microsoft Stack)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Project 
  • Experience with JIRA
