Reporting to the Head of Global Communications, this role will be part of the Global Communications Team.  The primary goal will be to generate marketing pipeline (leads and MQLs) in the Americas region in order to hit revenue goals through a mix of lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record executing integrated SaaS campaigns that drive engagement and retention.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with the central marketing team and local Regional Sales Leadership to plan, execute and track impactful and engaging quarterly marketing plans to support SaaS solutions.
  • Work closely with the global content team to create, localize and adapt global initiatives towards regional needs across assets and/or social channels    
  • Drive and support webinar and other digital marketing initiatives to drive engagement, leads and MQLs for the Americas 
  • Work closely with the regional Inside Sales teams to support comms, marketing follow up, and regional campaigns 
  • Help define and brief account-based marketing campaigns in alignment with sales and global digital marketing team
  • Take ownership of local competitive landscape and trends.
  • Work closely with the regional partners to support marketing relationships and engagement
  • Drive partner marketing campaign initiatives and events (virtual, live and hybrid) with local resellers/referrers in order to drive brand awareness and lead generation 
  • Plan, execute and measure impact of 3rd party events and sponsorships as well as Condeco-hosted events and regional customer forums
  • Adapt or produce highly engaging content and thought leadership including case studies, white-papers, articles, and webinars for different audience types and personas
  • Support the regional full sales cycle, customer journey and customer success by driving case studies, references program, and post customer analysis in line with the regional Sales and Ops Directors
  • Build out the customer reference program to help promote our customers’ successes and to share them broadly with their peers, analysts, and press
  • Increase the number of active program participants who support a wide spectrum of reference activities that serve the needs of sales and marketing
  • Work with local PR agency and Communications team to build industry relationships through dedicated sponsorships, content partnerships, industry awards and media relations
  • Utilize systems and tools such as SFDC, HubSpot (and other marketing automation tools), Google Analytics to analyse sales, marketing conversions and attribution, as well as opportunity data
  • Manage and report on KPIs and proactively build mitigation plans to ensure success
  • Travel within region to support marketing activities, events and meetings, as well as travel to the central office in London (approximately 1 or 2 times annually)


Essential Skills:

  • US English as first language - Spanish or additional languages beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business discipline
  • 5+ years of experience working in a Marketing, Account Management or Sales role with hands-on experience from other marketing channels like communications
  • Good level of understanding of digital marketing disciplines including social and digital communications
  • Excellent written skills 
  • Effective communication skills – clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholders to outline strategy, tactics, goals and performance for marketing campaigns
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, self-motivated, driven to exceed, good eye for detail, and innovative mind-set
  • A fast and conversion-oriented mindset
  • Proven understanding of how to implement strategies to nurture customers and drive engagement with prospects 
  • Analytical tendencies with a curiosity to measure, test, and learn in order to get the best results
  • Collaborative spirit – ability to partner with a wide set of stakeholders to achieve a collective goal
