Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead and working with a team of 3 Talent Acquisition Specialists, you will be responsible for resourcing and attracting top talent across 8 offices.
The TA team is responsible for hiring across a variety of departments from Operations, Engineering, Finance, Sales and Marketing.

To be successful in the role it is essential you have the following:

Responsibilities:

  • To achieve the target assigned within agreed quality & timelines.
  • A minimum of 4 years’ recruitment experience (In-house or agency)
  • Experience of recruiting teams across APAC, EMEA and Americas
  • Contribute to creating an organizational image, which would help in attracting and recruiting the best talent.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.
  • Screening resumes and sourcing quality profiles. 
  • Performing phone interviews/ pre-screening with candidates.
  • Follow the internal Recruitment model/process strictly. 
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers, booking calendars for candidate & Hiring manager. 
  • Following up on the interview process status.
  • Maintaining relationships with hiring managers to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
  • Ensure that documentation and salary fitment as per agreed guidelines.
  • Update Taleo at every step of recruitment cycle


About You:  

  • Expertise in hiring for APAC, EMEA and Americas 
  • Experience managing Job portals.
  • Experience managing Recruitment portal, preferred Taleo. 
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Expertise in souring candidates from LinkedIn & other social media sources. 
  • Excellent negotiating skills.
  • Ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
