Role Description:
Reporting to the Global HR Director and working with a team of 4 Talent Acquisition Experts who between them cover 8 locations around the globe. This role will be the main go to TA expert for all requisition’s in the US to help with the company continued growth.


Essential Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ recruitment experience (Inhouse)
  • Experience in hiring Top Sales talent, Customer Success, Technical Consultants and Sales Engineers
  • Ideally experience in working in SAAS Industries
  • Experience hiring across numerous states within the US
  • Must be adaptable to change
  • Innovative and creative to improve US structures and procedures
  • Must be able to demonstrate passive recruitment techniques using social media channels, such as LinkedIn etc
  • Strong Stakeholder management including dealing with C-Suite and VP’s and confidence to push back
  • Work to hard deadlines to assist with our continued US growth
  • Full understanding of the LinkedIn and functionalities with in
  • Ability to construct detailed specifications with senior stakeholders with in the business
  • Excellent telephone screening skills, with ability to qualify potential candidates via phone
  • Experience in interviewing candidates over Zoom to qualify skill sets against our requisitions 
  • Strong closing skills
  • Excellent verbal/written English skills is essential
  • Experience of using a range of ATS systems. 
  • Ability to manage multiple roles at one time, and deliver consistent results

Must Haves:

  • 5 Years inhouse experience
  • Strong ATS experience
  • Strong emphasis on passive recruitment
  • LinkedIn Power user
  • Experience working with C-Suite
  • Experience working in fast pace changing industries
