We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our vibrant Marketing team as a Product Marketing Manager, working on our AML products, to be based in our Cambridge or London offices.

As a Product Marketing Manager at Featurespace, you’ll collaborate across functions and the AML team to define and deliver product marketing for our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) solution.

You’ll be responsible for building our product marketing strategy, creating content, and executing activities to reach target markets to establish our reputation in the AML market, upon momentum already created by our successful deployments and customer portfolio.

 

Day to Day

  • Create, manage, and execute the product marketing strategy for our AML solution against quarterly objectives, in collaboration with the marketing team, AML team, product team and Subject Matter Experts (SME)
  • Define strategic marketing objectives, activities and messaging for our AML solution to demonstrate Featurespace’s differentiation through all avenues of commercial output
  • Execute or brief other marketing stakeholders to deliver on those activities at the highest quality – including:
    • Collateral design and content (including case studies, whitepapers, product articles, sales presentations, and website content)
    • Digital marketing, lead generation and performance tracking
    • Events, tradeshows and speaking engagements planning
    • PR activity
  • Ensure that our FrAML (Fraud and AML) messaging is cohesive and compelling across solutions by working collaboratively with the Fraud Product Marketing Manager and wider marketing team
  • Deliver targeted tactical marketing activities to enhance Featurespace’s brand awareness in our key markets through targeted thought leadership activity, product launch activities and account-based marketing activities
  • Collaborate closely with the Product, Subject Matter Experts (SME), Data Science, and Commercial teams to define the product messaging for our AML solution and platform features
  • Support the launches of new product versions
  • Research the industry and competitors and feedback insights to the marketing team
  • Manage the AML marketing budget
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to plan, deliver, and maintain engaging and compelling marketing campaigns
  • Mentor or support others in the marketing team and the AML Business Development Assistant to effectively deliver on the strategy
  • Maintain an organised AML SharePoint, ensuring all documents are properly located and relevant insights are updated on a regular basis for commercial and all internal staff to access and share with prospects
  • Report weekly on performance and forecast plans
  • Evangelise to all colleagues, especially customer facing teams, our AML capabilities to create a wider sphere of knowledge and influence across the business

Must haves

  • High achiever with an excellent track record of creating and executing a strategic marketing plan that helps drive business growth
  • Strong knowledge of the AML & Financial Crime risk market
  • Proven experience managing product launches from a marketing perspective
  • Demonstrable experience leading with the development of marketing content and design
  • Salesforce familiarity and an ability to manage leads through the platform
  • Strong digital marketing capabilities
  • Event management experience
  • Experience delivering tactical marketing activities that create measurable market differentiation
  • Strong writing skills, capable of drafting compelling articles, whitepapers and thought leadership pieces
  • Experience of public relations: press release material, events and tradeshows
  • Evidence of collaborating with and influencing different areas of the business – both commercial and technical
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication as well as excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate at multiple levels within the organisation – proficient English language skills and strong knowledge of PowerPoint to create presentation are required
  • Exemplary time management with the ability to adapt, prioritise, meet deadlines and delegate appropriately; up, down and sideways
  • Problem solving and creative thinking skills that bring fresh ideas and new ways of working
