Your mission:

 

  • Assess regional and local potential for Jellysmack’ s development.
  • Define top markets/platforms/creators' verticals priorities and regional Go to Market strategy.
  • Develop the Creator program in South East Asia as an individual contributor to start with, set and achieve ambitious targets and rigorous KPI tracking. Contact, sign with local and regional creators, IP owners, celebrities and strategic partners to validate expansion and recruitment plan.
  • Recruit, train, manage Partnership and Success teams in order to scale at speed in accordance with Go to Market approved plan.
  • Track the overall pipeline, making sure that we identify the most relevant influencers for the Creator Program.
  • Oversee our relationships with high profile partners and develop Jellysmack’ s client portfolio.
  • Monitor country and regional performance using tools created by Jellysmack and 3rd party resources.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with our Creators in South East Asia, seizing opportunities to up-sell.
  • Keep track of trending topics on social media in South East Asia and identify new potential business opportunities.

Requirements

A little about you:

  • Master’s degree.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Sales/ Business Development/Country management.
  • Significant experience generating new business and closing sales opportunities, solid successful track record as an individual contributor in South East Asia.
  • Ability to define and implement Go to Market plan across South East Asia.
  • Experience in recruiting, managing and coaching teams.
  • Experience in working across disciplines (Sales, Success Management, Product, Technology) and with multiple stakeholders.
  • A passion for social media, especially for video content creators.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills, confidence in networking with various influencers and stakeholders within the social media industry.
  • Ability to take initiative and come up with new ideas to develop our business in the region.

Your skills and experience:

  • Strong Sales and Business Development experience.
  • Solid management experience.
  • Ability to define and implement Go To Market plan in South East Asia.
  • Business acumen ability to identify key development priorities in the region.
  • Deep understanding of the social media landscape in South East Asia.
  • You showcase: Critical thinking, Adaptability, Leadership, and Autonomy.
