IT Engineer Intern (12 months)

Job Description
· As part of the Nexthink Library Team you will become an expert in understanding the rapidly expanding field of Digital Employee Experience and be able to design and build solutions in this critical area of IT.
· You will gain a deep understanding of the Digital Workplace and how this is vital to the success of Businesses worldwide.
· You will build, optimize and deliver solutions to thousands of customers across millions of devices, covering the critical challenges Enterprises face in managing their Digital Employee Experience.
· You will gain important skills in understanding use cases, in prioritization, in solving digital workplace challenges and how to work and succeed in a fast moving, highly successful software company.
Qualifications
· Ability to quickly learn new technology in an independent manner without supervision.
· Understanding of core desktop operating systems and applications such as Windows, macOS and Office 365.
· Understanding of key Operating System concepts such as cpu, memory, IP Addressing and security.
· Fluency in both spoken and written English.
· Experience in having written IT instructions, whether courses or help pages, is a plus.
· Experience with Agile is a plus.
