Job Description

Nexthink is looking for a Product Education Manager to reinforce the Product Education team at its headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland. 

As a Product Education Manager, you define and implement the strategy for educating customers in getting the most value out of the product and you delight our customers with a world-class education program. Your role is to build high-quality training material that helps customers worldwide get their jobs done efficiently. You will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance on the usage of Nexthink software and how it applies to IT processes.  

You will lead a team of educators and technical writers, passionate about teaching and technology. When users of Nexthink need to learn about product functionalities, they turn to documentation and e-learning made by this team. In collaboration with other Instructors and Product Managers, you will create captivating e-learning courses and develop Nexthink’s online Academy.

Qualifications

Apply if you’re good at: 

  • writing well in English 

  • transforming complex concepts into digestible materiel 

  • computer science (a Bachelor degree is preferred) 

  • working independently and leading a team 

  • digging into every detail to get it right 

  • cheering up colleagues on a rainy day 

You should really apply if you have extra powers such as: 

  • previous knowledge with Nexthink product 

  • an understanding or experience in IT service management process and challenges 

  • teaching experience
