Job Description

Do you know how to make great content work? To ensure that it reaches the largest possible audience and makes the biggest possible impact?

Nexthink currently has an incredible range of content platforms and assets, including a new thought leadership hub, a successful podcast and many channels dedicated to raising awareness of its Digital Employee Experience category.

We’re looking for a new member of a highly productive and successful content team that can be laser-focussed on ensuring all its thought leadership has optimal market impact. Specifically, we’re looking to enhance industry awareness, eyeballs, traffic, engagement and buzz, and want to find a content strategist that can bring a new level of focus, measurement, and alignment to production.

Responsibilities

  • Measure and track content KPIs (bounce rate, traffic, unique views, etc.) and deliver tactical editorial insights to the creative team
  • Work on optimizing content pre-publication, including SEO, social and ad copy
  • Social listening: identify strategic paid and organic influencer partnerships for content collaboration, as well as relevant trends, topics and forums
  • Oversee and execute Content team project management, planning and executing content channel strategies, and owning project management software and calendar for the Content team
  • Internal linking and backlinking strategy and execution
  • Podcast co-production and co-promotion

Qualifications

  • SEO experience: content and technical
  • Editorial background (including copy skills)
  • Familiarity tracking content metrics (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Data Studio)
  • Experience with Wrike or similar project management software/experience with Marketo and Salesforce, or similar marketing and CRM software
