Facility Manager - Long-term contract

Your mission:

As Facility Manager, you will be in charge of managing tasks related to the office life, happiness management and event organization.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Onboarding (welcoming newcomers, equipment handover) and welcoming visitors - first impressions are important,
• Computer maintenance (supply purchasing, formatting of computers, updating, archiving, and data transfer to the Paris office),
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail/packages,
• Organizing the office (decoration, ergonomic adaptation),
• Organizing internal events (team building, workshops, after-work drinks)-Helping to search for future office space
• The little things that make it all happen - little surprises, little gifts etc.

A little about you:

• You have experience in a similar position and ideally in a start-up / digital environment
• You are organized, rigorous and proactive
• You speak English fluently, French is a plus
• You have an excellent level of written and oral communication skills, you are familiar with the Office suite and are very comfortable with Excel
• You have a very strong working capacity and a great flexibility
• Enthusiasm, Initiative >> Bringing your personal touch to the life of the start-up as well as to your missions will be essential
