Pre Sales Consultant
Responsibilities:
Support Condeco sales teams during the entire sales life cycle
Advanced faultless demonstrations for sales meetings
Management of client experience zones
Events support
Support for partners and resellers
Accurate documentation of solution scope
Support the completion of RFI’s and RFP’s
Produce consistent statements of works
Become a trusted advisor with customers by deeply understanding their business and aligning their needs with Condeco solutions.
Understand and provide knowledge of the Condeco system and products, including configuration, infrastructure, best practices and functionality.
Able to articulate the company strategy and vision to Customers
Run customer trials/evaluations
Essential Skills:
5+ years’ experience in a client facing function within a SaaS company
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
Solid understanding of technical concepts associated with SaaS and Condeco technology stack
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
Sales experience with cross selling and upselling experience
Results focused, flexible, proactive and detail orientated
Passionate in working closely with customers and sales
Have a personable presence and strive to achieve long term relationships with customers
Willingness to work and travel as required nationally and internationally
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
Nice to Have:
SaaS solution post sales deployment experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform
Exposure to IT network technologies
Exposure to web/cloud security technology
