Responsibilities:

  • Support Condeco sales teams during the entire sales life cycle

  • Advanced faultless demonstrations for sales meetings

  • Management of client experience zones

  • Events support

  • Support for partners and resellers

  • Accurate documentation of solution scope

  • Support the completion of RFI’s and RFP’s

  • Produce consistent statements of works

  • Become a trusted advisor with customers by deeply understanding their business and aligning their needs with Condeco solutions.

  • Understand and provide knowledge of the Condeco system and products, including configuration, infrastructure, best practices and functionality.

  • Able to articulate the company strategy and vision to Customers

  • Run customer trials/evaluations


Essential Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a client facing function within a SaaS company

  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Solid understanding of technical concepts associated with SaaS and Condeco technology stack

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience

  • Sales experience with cross selling and upselling experience

  • Results focused, flexible, proactive and detail orientated

  • Passionate in working closely with customers and sales

  • Have a personable presence and strive to achieve long term relationships with customers

  • Willingness to work and travel as required nationally and internationally

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field


Nice to Have:

  • SaaS solution post sales deployment experience

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform

  • Exposure to IT network technologies

  • Exposure to web/cloud security technology
