The Documentation team at Domino leads our efforts to empower customers through technical documentation, tutorials, examples, and UI text. We are scaling up the team to meet the needs of a growing audience.

What your impact will be
- Improve existing content by addressing audience feedback, issues in our backlog, and issues you observe independently.
- Create new content that makes customers feel excited and confident about using the product.
- Make it easy for subject matter experts to contribute simple content about new releases that you can edit and expand.
What we look for in this role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- At least 3 years of experience writing documentation about a complex software product, preferably with a data science angle.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality technical publications.
- Experience working in the “docs as code” mode where content is authored in plain text with programmatic directives
- Experience creating illustrations using raster and vector image editing applications
- Experience using Git/GitHub
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and enterprise software
- Interest in machine learning
