Job Description

  • Business partner: working with the business to implement new processes. The candidate will need to understand their needs and explain the capabilities within NetSuite.  
  • Project manager support: reporting to the project manager and working to ensure the success of the Finance projects. The candidate should have excellent project management skills. Experience building Function requirement documentation (FRD) and User acceptance testing (UAT) is a must.
  • NetSuite tester: performing automated and manual tests to ensure the software is fit for purpose and leverage NetSuite developers/consultants when appropriate. The candidate will manage the UAT and its result evidence for audit review.
  • ERP data owner: manage all Nexthink data cleansing, extraction and import into NetSuite. Working with the Nexthink business owners to verify reconciliation of the imported data to NetSuite.
  • Training lead: provide the adequate training to the finance and sales operations teams. The candidate should investigate NetSuite standard procedures within Suite Answers platform.
  • NetSuite SME: support the team after the project Go Live. Build new reports, create scheduled automations, and provide system solutions to future business needs.
  • US GAAP and SOX conversion: accompany the team through the IPO (initial public offering).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent accounting qualification.
  • At least 3 years of finance transformation experience.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles, US GAAP and SOX Compliance knowledge is required.
  • Experience working in a US public company is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, ability to multitask and demonstrates high learning agility.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Strong team player with excellent project managements skills.
  • Experience building Function requirement documentation (FRD) and User acceptance testing (UAT) is a must.
  • Attention to detail, ability to keep deadlines and set priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and in an international environment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Ability to listen and to communicate effectively with all levels of the Nexthink organization.
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office suite and aptitude for accounting software.
  • Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite would be a plus.
  • Experience in working in a fast growing and changing environment, ideally in the software industry.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
