Job Description

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting a Product Manager in his/her various tasks across YOOBIC. You will have a hybrid role and will have to communicate with all the teams, including Pre-sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Software Development.

What you'll do…

  • Develop a thorough understanding of YOOBIC products and services. Serve as the primary expert across YOOBIC products to aid Operations teams in responding to inquiries on product functionality.
  • Take ownership of escalated issues, thoroughly troubleshooting these issues, and complete investigatory work before escalating tickets to other teams to achieve resolution.
  • Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product adjustments.
  • Maintain online knowledge base up to date for internal support.
  • Take progressively ownership of core features in the app and collaborate building user-centric roadmaps with the Product Manager.
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and QA teams to deliver functional solutions.
  • Assist in new product introduction and release activities.

Preferred Experience

What you have…

  • Technical and/or analytical education (ex: Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences, Finances, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, etc.)
  • Ideally young graduates with some software development experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • You can communicate product decisions and the rationale behind them.
  • Self-motivated and have a strong focus on the delivery of user value.
  • Excellent communicator in English (additional languages welcome).

Extra dose of awesome if you have…

  • Experience in an enterprise software application (SaaS).
  • Knowledge in product development: story mapping, design thinking, sprint planning, usability testing
