This role will be responsible for growing and managing new and existing partners and is viewed as a key driver for incremental opportunities and growth. This highly visible position requires strong vigor, professionalism and the ability to effectively interact at all management levels. The ideal candidate has the ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.

YOUR ROLE 

• Identification, acquisition, management and nurturing of cooperation partners and resellers
• Drive the partners’ development strategy for the DACH region
• Develop the strategic alignment as well as the establishment and expansion of our strategic partner network
• Execution of new cooperation ideas based on the strategic orientation of the partner as well as our corporate goals
• Proactive cooperation with existing partners in the development of new joint marketing concepts
• Develop and deliver partner training and enablement sessions
• Drive revenue through analysis and optimization with the partners
• Close collaborations and exchange with the sales management team

Profile

• Numerous years of relevant work experience within partner and reseller management
• Professional experience in software sales, ideally in the HR industry
• Technical affinity and a quick apprehension when it comes to software usage
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and strong sales drive
• Self-motivated, proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing personality who knows how to establish a basis of trust with counterparts
• Excellent English and German speaking skills
