This is a fantastic opportunity working alongside the CEO of a high growth tech business that prides itself on its team of Smart Kind Makers. We’re looking for an executive assistant to be right hand support for our CEO with big ambitions as we grow our digital craft business. Reporting into the CEO, you’ll have a varied role - working 20 hours weekly.

What you will be doing

Pro-active personal assistant support to the CEO with responsibilities including:

  • Diary management
  • Meeting coordination
  • Board meeting coordination and Board related tasks
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Maintaining action lists, important tasks and deadlines
  • Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence. 

 Who you are

  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be comfortable creating and delivering company-wide content
  • You are self-motivated and organised, able to prioritise well in a fast-paced environment with changing demands and high standards when it comes to your work
  • You have an unrivalled attention to detail with high standards for your work
  • You remain positive, enthusiastic and solutions-focused in the face of challenges
  • You’re a real team player and foster a supportive, positive work environment
  • You enjoy building relationships – we’re a dynamic working environment and you’ll need to be able to quickly develop and nurture great relationships globally and at all levels of the team
  • Some experience of, or appetite for, crafting is always a benefit!
