Job Description

Your role will be to make JobTeaser the employer of choice for our current and future candidates as well as internal employees in France, Germany and ROE. You will be part of a fun and dedicated HR team and work in close partnership with our Marketing department.

We are recruiting an Employer Branding Manager in CDI (full time position) to drive projects on 3 main areas of expertise :

  • Social networks and employer branding

    • Promote JobTeaser’s image to current and future employees in order to retain them in the long term

    • Be an ambassador for JobTeaser's corporate culture externally and internally

    • Set up and manage, together with the marketing department, our online presence by creating a communication campaign to support our recruitment plan (videos, landing pages, event, content, partnerships… etc)

    • Ensure JobTeaser's e-reputation (Glassdoor, constant monitoring of EB websites…)

    • Develop different types of recruitment content for managers

    • Lead Employer Branding Projects regarding our needs and with the support of HR Managers, Recruiters, and managers 

    • Have a data-driven approach to the actions you take

  • Internal and external HR communication

    • Promote our company culture both internally and externally

    • Create and implement internal and external communication processes for employees and candidates

    • Participate to webinars and events on behalf of JobTeaser

  • Company events

    • Assess and evaluate current management rituals : company monthly meetings, etc

    • Be the go-to-person for any internal event

    • Organise and participate in events for employees 

    • Design the content and theme of JobTeaser’s yearly seminars

 

Qualifications

  • You have 3 to 5 years' experience in communication or employer branding (including internships)
  • You are great in managing complex projects with perfect handling of budget target, rigorous planning, various stakeholders management, etc

  • You speak French and English perfectly, German a big plus!

  • You are creative, rigorous and detail-oriented

  • You are an excellent communicator

  • You are a "doer" and are not afraid to get your hands dirty!

  • You have a strong sense of initiative in your area and have plenty of ideas on how to develop our employer brandYou are familiar with the main social networks

  • You have good analytical skills (a good command of excel is a plus)
