We are looking for a Lead UI Designer (CDI), join us !
Lead UI designer is one of the 3 practice leads amongst the design department, composed today of 10 people:
Product design : incorporated to squads, craft user journeys and conduct discovery on precise projects
User research : transverse expertise to gather knowledge and global user insights.
UI central : transverse team crafting a central design system, integrating the brand into the product, and coordinating transverse design projects (inno tools, marketing, etc …)
These 3 functions work together in a user-centric tech department, valuing reaching metrics over sticking to feature production, making discovery activities and design crucial pieces of the puzzle.
As a lead UI designer, based in Paris (or remote), you’ll report directly to our Head of Design, who represents design in the tech top management (CTO, CPO, Tribe directors).
Your missions will include :
Project management and implementation of our design system, to scale development and enhance coherence
Lead central backlog prioritization and animation for transverse design products (R&D, marketing,, …)
Manage a team of 2 talented people (UI designer, and UI engineer)
Qualifications
Who are you? 🎯
You have a strong attachment to user interfaces aesthetics, brand, and design in general
You have strong project management & communication skills to lead transverse projects
You are a leader capable of influencing a company around design and aesthetics.
You can evolve in a highly demanding environment, within a strong scale-up part of France Next-40
You have a first experience in direct management
It’s likely that if you match the above, you have at least 3 years of experience, but exceptions exist.
