Job Description

The Knowledge Manager will be attached to the Chief of Staff office. By putting in place and then monitoring the Internal Knowledge Base, creating knowledge management workflows, and strongly supporting communication and enablement efforts, the Knowledge Manager plays a key role in guiding JobTeaser’s growth. The knowledge manager will give access to the knowledge and all necessary tools to our internal teams to trust the information they must access every day to work efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Define the knowledge management strategy for our knowledge base and maintain high quality, up-to-date, and searchable content for audiences of varying skill level

  • Work effectively across the organization with stakeholders, change management, service teams, trainers, curriculum developers and subject matter experts to develop and support new and existing products, features, and services

  • Leverage analytics to evaluate impact, track the usage and define efficiency of the knowledge base content

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of authors from each department

  • Establish writing guidelines based on knowledge base best practices and develop the team to ensure they are achieving or surpassing them.

  • Ensure knowledge lives within the organization 

What does this mean on a daily basis?

  • Manage the internal knowledge base as a knowledge expert: create, control and track the update of content (Confluence)

  • Propose opportunities for Knowledge Management strategic improvements and innovations

  • Implement improvements to our currents tools

  • Train stakeholders on the internal Knowledge Base usage

  • Retrieve feedback from all users and work closely with teams to adapt our workflows to their needs

  • Create and analyze knowledge base tools adoption KPIs. Improve our knowledge base adoption by following, analyzing and proposing KPIs

  • Communicate key releases information to the company (e.g., case studies, learning reviews, etc.)

Qualifications

We would love to meet you if:

  • You have a first experience in Knowledge Management (1 to 3 years of combined internships and full-time experience)

  • Your written skills are excellent and you are fluent in English (written and spoken), with at least conversational French

  • You are proactive in finding new solutions to share or create information efficiently. You have already worked with at least one knowledge base solution (e.g., Confluence, Notion)

  • You know that knowledge management is key for a company to grow and stabilize, and you are able to convince other stakeholders of the importance of such efforts 

  • You are passionate about information dissemination, search, and organisation. You are eager to understand the way all teams work and what their needs and habits are

  • You are a real team player and you enjoy collaborating with people every day

  • You can multitask, and you are ready to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines to meet and dynamic people by your side!

How to stand out from the crowd (bonus, not mandatory):

  • Experience working with Google Drive, Google Analytics, and the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira)

  • German is a (strong) plus!
