The Role

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will join our Engineering team to help enhance our platform, one of the drivers for resilient, available and performant systems development.  You will be working closely with software engineering teams and participate in technical and roadmap conversations, to help our team develop performant, observable, reliable and scalable systems.

The role includes the development and design of tooling to help the automation of our delivery and integration pipeline, with a strong focus on efficiency and automation of operational tasks. You also work on the definition of processes to ensure the business continuity of our Product within a team that is both autonomous and collaborative, with an agile mindset.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in Design, build, harden Platforms and Infrastructures, to ensure high availability and resilient systems and infrastructure
  • Contribute to our infrastructure as code (IaC) and on supporting development activities focused on automating manual activities
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions such as Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
  • Ability to monitor, troubleshoot and optimize availability and performance issues;
  • Able to define processes and implement tooling to improve the developer experience and reduce cycle times
  • Work together with product engineering teams to identify root causes of outages, improve incident response processes and follow up on actions to improve the reliability of our systems
  • Contribute to our Disaster Recovery and High Availability strategy
  • Coach the engineering teams on improving and implementing DevOps best practices
  • Able to thrive in a remote-first organization.
  • Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal, to succeed in a remote and partially asynchronous work environment.
