We are one of the fastest growing podcast & audiobook platforms in Europe and we are now looking for an experienced Global Human Resources Director to lead and execute our people strategy to enable our team members to accomplish amazing things. This is the role

Our team is scaling across multiple markets and we need you to work with us to define and execute our people strategy company wide in this fast growing international environment. You will work directly with our Europe-based managers, and report to the Chief People Officer. We are early in our journey, so you will work both strategically and with hands-on execution, and you will play a big role in bringing our company culture to life - all while having a ton of fun!

Your main responsibilities in this role:

  • Building and leading a team of HR professionals
  • Ensuring that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with business objectives.
  • Setting strategies for workforce planning - with a strong focus on hirings, onboarding, performance evaluation, learning & development.
  • Driving decisions on organization design, compensation, benefits, health & safety etc.
  • Monitoring adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
  • Reviewing and analyzing data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve engagement, performance and retention.

We expect that you are not afraid to speak up, challenge the status quo and know your ways to reason HR decisions with management. Experience we’re looking for:

  • A senior HRBP/Generalist position with hands-on global experience from many different parts of HR.
  • Educational background in HR or behavioural science
  • Corporate governance knowledge and practice.
  • Experience in a leadership role to help your team grow, develop and innovate.
  • Excellent knowledge within employment legislation and regulations.

Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!
