We are one of the fastest growing Podcast & Audiobook platforms in Europe with an extensive catalogue and a beautiful app and we are now looking for a Strategic Finance Analyst to support our rapidly growing business. Come and join us on our our journey to enrich lives through listening.

This is the role:

  • Creating and updating performance reporting packages (weekly/monthly business reviews, board reporting) leveraging data sets either self-produced or gathered from the Data team to provide strong insights through compelling analysis & engaging visualizations
  • Budget/Forecast modelling, bottom-up discussions with various stakeholders across different countries and parts of the business to help align on strategic direction and guard rails for success
  • Building business cases for investment to help guide fundamental decisions across our fast-growing business
  • Creating performance dashboards in Google Studio to help different stakeholders make better decisions
  • Ad-hoc analysis across a wide and exciting range of topics (from financial performance to content engagement, to listenership behaviour, and many more)
  • Assist in fundraising & M&A activities - from analysis, to modelling, to presentations to discussions

This is you

We're looking for a numbers-driven strategic finance analyst that combines financial prowess with data-skills. Whether it’s creating a new budget model, analyzing performance, writing a query to build a new dashboard, you are comfortable with both the financial and the data side. You have a strategic mind but have no problem rolling up your sleeves and getting things done, nor are you afraid to lead conversations around complex topics. The below qualities will help you to succeed in this role:

  • 4+ years of commercial/strategic finance experience
  • BSc/MSc degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • Excel, Powerpoint, SQL and optionally Google Studio, Tableau, SPSS, R
  • English fluency
  • You are a self-starter and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Most importantly: proactiveness, autonomy, strong communicator, eager to learn

Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!
