Reachdesk is looking for our first Senior Sales Enablement Specialist in North America to create and own our revenue onboarding and trainings!!

In this role you will:

  • Own our BDR, AE, AM & CS onboarding so that it supports the development of our people, drives consistency, increases effectiveness and maintains high levels of engagement
  • Build world-class onboarding programs for our teams, including facilitation, content creation, processes, best practice, metrics tracking, and tools
  • Work collaboratively to identify gaps, review progress and align on common onboarding success metrics
  • Build cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders, including talent acquisition, sales, CS, sales ops, marketing and other customer facing support teams
  • Own the coordination and communication for the onboarding programs
  • Work with wider group to identify training gaps, design and facilitate training programs to up-skill our teams. 
  • Be responsible for systems training for our GTM team.

  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral), business acumen, and a strong interest in presentation.
  • Good attention to detail, project management and organizational skills
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Instructional design, adult learning and curriculum building experience is preferred.
  •   Experience working in a fast-paced, organization.
