About The Role 

We are looking for a digitally enthusiastic and result-oriented Demand Generation Associate to join our amazing team at Reachdesk! The successful candidate will assist in the planning, execution and optimisation of our online marketing efforts, including external sponsor & partnerships, online acquisition marketing, strategy execution and optimisation across channels in order to increase traffic and leads. We have a generous monthly marketing budget and this role represents an opportunity to earn your stripes in creating managing multiple high profile campaigns!

Key responsibilities include:-

  • Assist in the planning, execution & optimisation of digital campaigns across web/display, paid social (LinkedIn & FB), SEA (GAds, Bing) & email. Our end-to-end demand generation programs are run in close collaboration with sales and need to drive revenue, not just leads.
  • Help the content team with search engine optimisation, campaign tracking, general web analytics and overall web strategy.
  • Optimise lead generation programs (and website user experience) through development or enhancement of the website/landing pages and collaborate with internal and external resources where required.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and evaluate the overall activity for return on spend against goals (ROI and KPIs, e.g. conversions, touchpoints, pipeline generated along the lead funnel).
  • Plan, execute and optimise lead nurture ground breaking campaigns.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise marketing spend and performance accordingly.
  • Proactively suggest new and creative growth strategies.
  • Define and set advanced conversion points and optimise user/lead funnels.

About You

  • 2+ years of digital marketing / demand generation experience in SaaS or B2B marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems – preferably Hubspot.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms & their campaign builders, i.e. LinkedIn, GAds & Facebook.
  • Experience with email marketing & nurture campaigns.
  • Passion for data, details and marketing metrics: strong analytical skills with the ability to delve into the detail as well as see the bigger picture.
  • Feeling comfortable with writing short form copy to fit various different formats addressing our key personas.
  • Knowledge of latest web, digital marketing & search engine trends and best practices.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new information, technologies and processes.
  • Outstanding organisational skills as you’ll be spinning many plates!
  • Can-do attitude - not afraid of upskilling and trying new things: proficient in working with the modern day MarTech stack.
