Your daily workout
You will travel throughout North America to analyze and repair mechanical and software-based product issues to guarantee the high performance of EGYM machines
You will install and implement new EGYM machines for our customers across North America
You will work closely with North America implementation, sales, customer success, and operations teams to ensure the highest quality of service
You will be responsible for the correct documentation and reporting of customer feedback, issues, and service calls
You will assist in the management of spare parts inventory, shipping and receiving of parts, proper installation of parts, and backstock
You will work closely with customers-designated service technicians, training them on preventative maintenance of equipment as well as basic machine maintenance
You will be part of a small but rapidly growing North American team and will regularly be asked to perform other duties as required
