Field Service Technician - [#978]

• You will travel throughout North America to analyze and repair mechanical and software-based product issues to guarantee the high performance of EGYM machines

• You will install and implement new EGYM machines for our customers across North America

• You will work closely with North America implementation, sales, customer success, and operations teams to ensure the highest quality of service

• You will be responsible for the correct documentation and reporting of customer feedback, issues, and service calls

• You will assist in the management of spare parts inventory, shipping and receiving of parts, proper installation of parts, and backstock

• You will work closely with customers-designated service technicians, training them on preventative maintenance of equipment as well as basic machine maintenance

• You will be part of a small but rapidly growing North American team and will regularly be asked to perform other duties as required

• You have formal training as an electrical/mechanical technician, industrial electronics technician or have equivalent experience

• You have strong mechanical, electrical, and IT skills

• You have strong analytical problem-solving skills

• You are solution-minded and service-oriented with good communication skills and enjoy working with customers

• You can work independently and are self-motivated

• You must be able to travel 75%+, including some international travel

• Ideally, you have already gained work experience in the fitness industry

• You bring first-hand experience in working with a CRM system, e.g. Salesforce

• You are able to lift/move heavy equipment

• You possess a passport or can obtain one immediately upon hire
