We're looking for an ambitious and experienced Implementation Analyst to join our wider Onboarding function and drive the growth of our business. An exciting opportunity to join an early-stage company and be part of building a high growth start-up payments business. You will work closely with the Implementation Manager, as well as Sales, Compliance, Customer Success and other teams to ensure our customers have the best possible experience of launching their use of Modulr and are delighted with the product and services they receive from us. You will play an instrumental role in the onboarding of new business deals, providing technical support for those customers actively integrating with our platform and helping them navigate our development documents.

About you – skills and experience we’re interested in 

Project management: 

  • The world of FinTech excites you and you have experience managing multiple projects with external customers, preferably in an Implementation, Operations or Project Management role in a technical environment. 
  • You have an autonomous, self-starting approach, able to handle the competing pressures of immediate customer issues alongside longer-term projects.  
  • You are data drive and organized, which you use to clearly communicate activities that should take priority or process improvements we should focus on. 
  • You are comfortable navigating ambiguity - processes can change frequently while we iterate to find the best ways to support our clients. 
  • You have an ability to provide clear and concise status updates and flag issues in a timely manner. 

Stakeholder management: 

  • You are passionate about the customers experience and can design and deliver processes to consistently achieve this. 
  • You enjoy interacting with customers and are confident doing so in a friendly but professional manner, building trust, rapport and strong relationships.  
  • You champion the customer’s perspective internally and help teams understand the value Modulr creates for its clients. 

Technical expertise: 

  • A basic understanding of how APIs work is highly desirable for this role, even better if you have experience troubleshooting using tools like Postman, etc. 
  • You can break down complex technical issues into their constituent parts and translate these into feature requests or to report critical bugs that need addressing.
