We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as a Country Launch Manager to drive our expansion across Europe. This is a cross-functional role, working with all teams across the business as well as external third parties. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery ensuring all regulatory, operational, product and other requirements are implemented.

Modulr is a fintech scale-up that is breaking new ground within the payments sector. We are in a digital age when businesses need to move money 24/7 instead of operating within regular banking hours. Companies are under mounting pressure to manage their cashflow, control their costs, comply with regulations and handle complex supplier, customer and employment payment arrangements. Modulr develops cutting-edge API-first solutions that enable businesses to overcome these challenges and take control of their money.   

You will: 

  • Be responsible for managing the delivery of Modulr’s European branch expansion roll-out.  
  • Co-ordinate a cross-functional team, including individuals from Product, Operations, Compliance to manage all changes to roll-out across multiple countries within Europe. 
  • Work with external regulatory and legal advisors to understand requirements and ensure these are managed through to completion.   
  • Take a hands-on approach to ensuring all teams across Modulr understand localisation requirements and impacts as we scale across Europe.  
  • Report to the Head of Delivery, working closely with the General Manager, Netherlands and other senior stakeholders.  

We’re looking for someone who has:  

  • Experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment.  
  • An ability to translate ambiguous situations into an actionable plan to drive change.  
  • Exceptional communication skills, comfortable working with external parties as well as C-suite individuals.  
  • A detail-oriented approach. 
  • Prior experience in fast-scaling business or financial services.
