Nexthink is looking for an experienced and dynamic sales productivity and enablement professional, who understands enterprise sales, positioning and selling value in an emerging marketplace. Experience in the curation, creation and delivery of sales resources, activities, and programs - as well as organizing, coordinating, and delivering a variety of workshops; for example, for new hires, solution launches, updates, deal pitstops, and sales skills. Ownership and accountability for delivering programs and resources that help improve sales productivity, predictability, and performance – including playing a key role in the global team and coordinating cross-functional teams to generate the right outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility is global for our solutions enablement and EMEA for more specific field requirements.
  • Develop and manage the delivery and execution of sales productivity programs (knowledge, skills, and business smarts) and resources that help improve sales performance and predictability.
  • Lead by example, with a learning and coaching approach with sales leadership and the sales team.
  • Creating and delivering resources for enterprise sales
  • Communications and updates using salesforce and other app data.
  • Work closely with sales leadership and product teams to define the programs/ resources to help the sales organization scale.
  • Getting involved in new hire programs and the ever-boarding (unlearning/ relearning) of tenured sales team members
  • Primary focus is sales (quota carrying), with business development representatives, and the broader customer-facing team – solutions consultants, partner team and customer success.
  • Managing and coordinating a solutions framework, involving other functions (e.g., product, product marketing, solution consulting) and leveraging subject matter experts from other areas

Qualifications

  • Successful in building relationships with senior colleagues, peers, and extended teams
  • Ability to identify and interpret business requirements and challenges to create relevant and timely programs for enterprise sales teams – i.e. How will this help my customer? How will it help me?
  • Solution/ value type selling methodologies
  • Resource & content creation applications, in addition to Microsoft
  • Web and mobile content management
  •  Learning management applications
  • SalesForce.com
  • Fluent in English (written as well as verbal).
  • Ability to travel (30%+) – when we can again!
