Requirements
 
We are looking for a full-time Growth Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. You will be partnering with our commercial and data teams to optimise our revenue generation capabilities.
 
You will perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on growth initiatives, funnel activity and account performance. You will proactively look for opportunities to improve customer LTV and adoption, contributing to our growth and retention strategy.
 
To be successful in this position, you’ll have the ability to navigate both technical and commercial data discussions, break down data problems and present clear recommendations to internal teams.
 
Responsibilities
 
Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance across all commercial functions, including Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
Gather data and perform analysis on the different stages of our customer life cycle and present recommendations to improve this to key stakeholders
Reverse engineer commercial targets to inform key activities across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
Establish high-level and granular growth performance drivers, and build and maintain dashboards that help all commercial teams to track them
Manage all data sources and work alongside the data team to introduce new sources to our data infrastructure
Partner with commercial teams to drive best practice regarding data capture and ongoing maintenance
 
Requirements
 
2+ years of experience doing quantitative analysis
2+ year of experience working in growth-related areas, including funnel optimisation and commercial performance
Demonstrable experience partnering with commercial stakeholders to capture analysis needs and deliver actionable insights
Knowledge of BI software, preferably Looker
SQL fluency
Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
BS in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or Business Management with a strong technical background
Fluence in English and German
Excellent oral, written and presentational communication skills, including the ability to present data to key stakeholders
Experience in SaaS businesses is a plus
Knowledge of the PropTech ecosystem is a plus
