The Role
We’re looking for a HR and Talent Acquisition Manager in Turkey to join Plentific's global People team. You’ll be working closely with the People Director, Head of Talent and wider People team in London, Berlin and New York to help deliver Plentific's People function across the business. You’ll have an opportunity to shape the people function and be immersed in the full life cycle of our people. Hiring the best talent and giving our people the best work experience is our number one ambition. You will be the point of contact for HR and Talent Acquisition workflows in Turkey.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Talent & HR teams ensuring employees have a great work experience and feel supported in their HR needs
Create and implement policies and procedures
Create a best in class on-boarding/induction programme
Conduct exit interviews
Be the first point of contact for People (HR) matters in Turkey
Work with the Head of Talent on staffing needs
HR software - work closely with people ops in ensuring Bamboo HR is current and kept up to date
Help maintain and cultivate the Plentific culture with ad-hoc initiatives such as talks, employee wellness, team building events and training initiatives
Identify and build effective working relationships with prospective candidates
Successfully screen candidates to meet current, ongoing and future recruitment requirements
Liaise with candidates and applicants as a brand ambassador, ensuring to provide a great candidate experience
Drive candidate attraction and build talent pools using direct sourcing methods, marketing material and recruitment agencies
Requirements
Previous experience in an HR or People role
Aware of the need for confidentiality and sensitivity in a People focussed role, and able to deliver that
Open, approachable, and a genuine believer and passionate about people
An excellent communicator, both written and orally in the English and Turkish languages
Organised, and methodical, with a good eye for detail
Able to build professional relationships with your colleagues, and establish long-lasting team relationships - team player
Passionate about working in a fast growth company and working with a diverse set of people
Experience of hiring for technical roles
Capacity to organise and manage interviews / assessments
Ability to quickly learn HR systems, processes and procedures
