Featurespace are looking for an bright, energetic, and highly motivated individual to join our successful and vibrant Commercial team based in our Singapore office as a Senior Sales Executive.

As a Senior Sales Executive at Featurespace, you’ll be helping us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by taking responsibility for developing and managing a robust sales pipeline, developing and using your industry knowledge to add value to the customer at every interaction and lay the foundations for a long-term partnership.   

Day to Day

  • Meet or exceed yearly bookings target, proactively looking to improve this year on year
  • Qualify leads and opportunities for your target accounts, providing support and leads for the team as a whole
  • Manage sales pipeline and progress opportunities through it independently, identifying key opportunities for expansion
  • Forecasting for the current sales period, with an eye on future sales periods. Using existing forecasting knowledge to improve accuracy
  • Understanding and articulating to customers, Featurespace’s solutions and value propositions
  • Lead exceptional sales presentations – proactively identifying and implementing improvement processes in presenting, providing regular feedback based on previous sales pitches and identifying areas of focus to enable higher win rate
  • Ensure all communication to the customer is of a high quality, including all documents and presentations. Ensuring timely follow up and all feedback is actioned and cascaded to relevant teams to drive improvement across commercial team
  • Create and maintain close plans and organisational charts for your opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with customers at CxO level and be seen as a trusted advisor on fraud and risk solutions by learning industry trends and product features
  • Attend industry events and generate leads for the team. Be a company advocate and represent our core proposition at all times
  • Oversight and coordination of contract and pricing negotiation ensuring that all elements of the commercials work as well as possible for both the customer and Featurespace. Driving these negotiations forward in a professional and personable manner, independently
  • Accurately reflect in Salesforce.com the customer contact data, status of accounts, opportunities, leads, and meetings, ensuring a great level of detail and accuracy
